Manage Subscription

Viewing Your Subscription

  1. Open chat.algomim.com
  2. Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner
  3. Go to SettingsBilling
Here you can see:
  • Your current plan and billing cycle
  • CU usage for the current month
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method

Changing Your Plan

Switch Between Monthly and Yearly

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time:
  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Manage Plan
  3. Select your preferred billing interval
  4. Confirm the change
When switching from monthly to yearly, you’ll be charged the annual rate immediately. Any remaining days from your monthly billing will be credited.

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Manage Plan
  3. Update your payment details in the billing portal

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Manage Plan
  3. Select Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation
After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You won’t be charged again, but you’ll lose access to paid features once the period ends.

Algomim offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us at support@algomim.com for a full refund.

Invoices

Invoices are available through the billing portal:
  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Manage Plan
  3. View and download past invoices
